Joyful

I find the greatest joy in life when I am serving. I serve Jesus first, then others, and myself last.

We are all image-bearers of our wonderful creative God. Therefore, we are all creative.

As a leader I understand that it is my primary job to serve those I lead. No matter what I do, I am here to serve.

As a leader, I seek to be of service to a higher vision. That is why I have my own guiding vision of how I conduct my work. I am a joyful innovative servant leader who vows to always put my team first. Below are my guiding values.

MISSION

No matter what company or industry I work for. It is my mission to be a blessing on all the lives I have get to be involved with. I seek to put others first and make sure their needs are being met. Especially when it comes to leading my teams. I will serve my teams in away that builds them up to always be successful.

It is my calling in this world to be a fantastic manager. I believe that the word manager does not have to be derogatory. I seek to redeem the word manager. It is possible for people to be lead by great managers. They may be few and far between. But I firmly believe that I am one of them.

Every company has its own vision, mission, values and goals. As a servant leader it is my mission to help make sure that the company I work for is successful. That means making the company's vision, mission, values and goals my own vision, mission, values and goals.
